The Initial Consultation
When you arrive, our friendly staff will welcome you and make sure all paperwork is complete. You’ll be shown to an examination room to meet your doctor. The doctor will take a full medical history, discuss what brought you into our office, and obtain any other information pertinent to your issue.
He’ll also ask what your health goals are, explain our process, and how chiropractic can help you. Next, you’ll have a detailed physical examination and chiropractic tests. X-rays will be taken, and, unless otherwise indicated, you may receive some treatment to reduce your pain.
You’ll return to the front desk, handle any financial details, and schedule your follow-up appointment as soon as possible.
On Your Second Visit
When you return, the doctor will present the report of findings. He’ll go over all results, give you a diagnosis, and explain how we can correct the problem. You’ll receive your individualized care plan focused on your specific issues.
Financials
We’re in network with most major insurance providers and Medicare. We accept all major credit cards and HSA plans as well. Please speak with our billing specialist about any questions or concerns.
For auto accident and worker’s compensation patients, our billing specialist handles all the paperwork for you, and provides your attorney with any necessary documentation. Please provide us with your claim number and attorney’s information, if applicable. For workers compensation cases, we need the contact person’s name and phone number to proceed.
